Strength Classes
The Rowan-Cabarrus YMCA's strength training classes can help you build muscular strength and endurance while improving your overall health and well-being.
Youth 10-12 years old may attend group exercise classes with a parent or guardian. In order to attend cycle classes, they must fit on the bike properly.
Youth 13+ years old may attend group exercise classes without a parent or guardian.

Get your heart pumping in one of the Rowan-Cabarrus YMCA cardio or circuit training classes. In a high-energy atmosphere, you’ll burn calories, build strength and increase your athletic ability.
Our Active Older Adult classes are specifically designed to help older adults improve their overall health and well-being through lower-impact movements. In addition, we offer several other senior-friendly classes that are available to members of all ages.
