Cardio Dance:  A fun combination of dance moves partnered with exercises to help tighten and tone your body. 

Dance and Sculpt:  A more traditional aerobic class designed to meet you at your level. A half and half class of cardio dance paired with strength training. 

Dance Party:  Dance fitness to Top 40 music.

Easy Does it Cardio:  A 60-minute standing cardio class with low impact choreography designed to be a lower intensity workout. 

Mixxed Fit:  This class is a people-inspired fitness program mixing explosive dancing with boot camp toning.  

Zumba®:  A fun and effective workout system that combines a tough workout with a party-like atmosphere. This Latin dance inspired class is an easy to follow calorie burning fitness party.

Zumba Gold®:  A class for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.

Zumba Toning®:  This class emphasizes muscle endurance using low weights/high reps and cardio to tone the entire body.
