Our Active Older Adult classes are specifically designed to help older adults improve their overall health and well-being through lower-impact movements. In addition, we offer several other senior-friendly classes that are available to members of all ages.

Body Movement: Gentle exercise at the bar and/or chair. Strength exercises using dumbbells seated in a chair.
Chair Yoga: An Alternative to traditional yoga, its a method for active older adults who want to build flexibility and balance, ease joints and relieve arthritis pain using a chair versus a floor mat.
Dance and Sculpt: A more traditional aerobic class designed to meet you at your level. A half and half class of cardio dance paired with strength training.
Easy Does it cardio: A 60-minute standing cardio class with low impact choreography designed to be a lower intensity workout. light weights mat be included for toning.
Fit for 50: Designed for members needing a low impact class that includes a mixture of strength and cardio. Chairs will be available, if needed.
Greer's Class: A low-impact aerobic exercise class integrating resistance training for strength, stability, flexibility and mobility work.
SilverSneakers® Classic: Increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills in this class. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair can be used for support.
Silversneakers Cardio: Try a safe and heart-healthy aerobics class to energize your active lifestyle using low impact movement This class is higher intensity than Classic.
SilverSneakers Circuit: A class consisting of standing low-impact choreography alternating with standing upper body work using hand help weights, elastic tubing and balls.
SilverSneakers Boom Muscle: Incorporates athletic exercises that boost overall fitness. Move through muscle conditioning blocks and drills to improve strength and functional skill. This is the most strenuous SilverSneakers class.
Smart Moves: Great fun and easy workout to keep your heart-rate up.
Tai Chi: An ancient Chinese tradition, practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.
Zumba Gold®: A class for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.
Zumba Toning®: This class emphasizes muscle endurance using low weights/high reps and cardio to tone the entire body.
