How does personal training work?

Members will go through an initial consultation to discuss exercise history, health history, goals and nutritional concerns. The Trainer will work with the member to motivate, educate, make basic nutritional recommendations and provide a varied exercise program specific to the member’s needs. 

One Hour and thirty-minute sessions are available at all branches.
