The Rowan-Cabarrus YMCA is currently accepting applications for Lifeguards at our Corriher, Hurley, Kannapolis, Saleeby-Fisher and West Cabarrus branches.
We are looking for lively and enthusiastic individuals who to oversee the aquatic facility and aquatic activities while ensuring the safety of all members and program participants. Under the leadership of the Aquatics Director, the Lifeguard will be responsible for knowing and properly executing all aquatic policies, procedures and duties.
The position offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and a great work environment.
Applicants must have a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification and 16 years or older. If you do not have a Lifeguard Certification, we will cover the cost of your certification when you commit to joining our lifeguard team.
