Swim: 300 meter pool swim (Newly renovated!)
Bike: 12 miles in the country roads of Kannapolis, the course will be open to traffic
Run: 3.1 miles on a greenway with a water station.
Athletes can compete as individuals or as a relay team. Relay teams not to exceed 3 athletes
