With an emphasis on team spirit and sportsmanship, the girls have the opportunity to learn the basic volleyball fundamentals such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking and digging in a safe and fun environment.

SEASON
All practices and games will be held at the Saleeby-Fisher YMCA with practices beginning the week of April 5. Matches will start on April 17.
Teams will practice twice per week in the preseason. Once games have started, teams will practice once and compete in two matches each week.
