FOR ALL

Our adaptive wellness programs provide inclusive, evidence-based activities that promote strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being for people of all abilities. These programs foster physical health, social connection, and confidence in a supportive environment.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Rowan County United Way for their generous support in making these programs possible for our community.
